[Question] Setting not_in or in rules literal returning a syntax error about protovalidate

The syntax for setting repeated fields in proto options is a bit strange (not specific to this library). You cannot use a list literal ([1, 2]) outside of a struct literal ({ /*...*/ }); instead you can do one of two things:

1. Set a repeated field multiple times with each value. The values are collated into a list by the protobuf compiler.

   message MyMessage {
     // The field `value` must not be equal to any of the specified values.
     MyEnum value = 1 [
       (buf.validate.field).enum.not_in = 1,
       (buf.validate.field).enum.not_in = 2
     ];
   }

2. Or set the enum value as a struct literal, using a list for the not_in field.

   message MyMessage {
     // The field `value` must not be equal to any of the specified values.
     MyEnum value = 1 [(buf.validate.field).enum = { not_in: [1, 2] }];
   }
