if so, how can i fix it? I did not change any configuration, only updated BTCPay.

@Kukks this is the same issue that is fixed in #5909 - the above comment about the null setting is referring to the code as it is in the master branch, but at this revision (the latest in v1.13.0) the error occurs at the same spot:

Closing this, fixed by #5909 we will release 1.13.1 today.
