Initialize project with a starter React.js application.

Add necessary files for including contributors:

• Code of Conduct
• Contributing
• Code owners

Using a GitHub action, create CI to run on PRs and on main.

When there are tags pushed to main then we want to have an automated release created in this repository.

Add AuditJS to the development lifecycle. AuditJS should be setup to communicate with OSS Index, for example auditjs ossi [options].

Additionally to a local development flow, CI builds should be updated to use this check as well.

Relies on #5 to be completed first.

Add a page or view to allow an authenticated GitHub user account to view their pull requests.

Propose design via screenshots, mockups, etc. and add necessary style files to the project.

Add functionality and a user experience for authenticating with GitHub.

The user should be able to login to their GitHub account, which will enable future actions interacting with API calls to GitHub. The access token
