I've been trying to narrow this down further and it seems to just be a problem with Anti-Magic Shell.
It doesn't matter which spec I'm in or which talents I take which change its duration.
Either that or I'm cursed and it's just trying to break me.

@Cluuey Can you please take a look and see if you can still reproduce this with v1.9.18? I think it may be fixed with the newest version.

This still happens, I've no idea what triggers it but I've noticed it on my druid in raid fights.

It isn't just CD, it doesn't always pick up buffs or debuffs.
You can see the tick timers for Rake but there is no coloured bar.
I can't make it happen consistently though. :-(
When it happens with a buff, like Savage Roar I have to let it expire to get it to display, refreshing it doesn't work.
