this is intended. CE is just meant to be single instance, not a service for users.

I have a paid service that uses RV.

it shouldn't be slow. must be your setup. on average in multiple instance system, each can run on 1 virtual core and 500 Mb ram. but they also spend time idle. load will depend on what content you're bowsing.

if you want to run your own multiple on one machine, it works. you should put each instance on a separate port.

there's not going to be any code in RV for scaling up and orchestrating multiple users. that's a separate project. and I can't do that or document multiple instance as I'm trying to turn that into a paid service.

you're welcome to open a PR with your hints on setup multiples on one machine.
