I am also interested in this feature and wanted to see if any progress has been made in pupilometry since this question was raised.

@jparaya we do not currently have a pupil size detection component. In the past, we tried identifying the darkest cluster of pixels within the eyes and we assigned the center of it as the pupil. Most of the times our detected area was the whole iris, therefore we did not incorporated in WebGazer. I would say that at its current state pupilometry is not possible, but this is definitely an area we are interested in to explore in the future.
