Cloning this on OSX I get the following:

warning: the following paths have collided (e.g. case-sensitive paths
on a case-insensitive filesystem) and only one from the same
colliding group is in the working tree:
'compiler/test/integration/bad_fwd_Closure.brm'
'compiler/test/integration/bad_fwd_closure.brm'
'compiler/test/integration/bad_fwd_Closure.err'
'compiler/test/integration/bad_fwd_closure.err'
'compiler/test/integration/For_Ever.brm'
'compiler/test/integration/for_ever.brm'
I'm not sure what the best way to deal with this is — I've never run into this problem before. Unless there is some nice way to configure things on OSX to avoid the problem, it would probably be best to rewrite the git history to eliminate the collisions.
