Requires some help from the API side -
Currently the projects endpoint has no way to fetch state of child builds.

Note: if the API isn't the best way to resolve this, then perhaps we bundle some API calls together in the UI to fetch build endpoints and pass the data up the chain to projects. Bit complicated, likely outside of MVP.
