Resolved by #39.
I'm not gonna fire events on all state changes for now. Just ready, unready, resize and render. All nodes have an emit
method, so plugin authors can fire their own events if necessary. Although, emit
does not yet accept additional data to pass to event callbacks, so the use is limited. I will probably file and implement that at some point.
