Yes hello there, you can try to reinstall directx9 or you can find d3dx9_43.dll online and then install them in your system32 and syswow64 directory, if you do not want to put them there then you can also put it inside the directory where the PFA EXE is and it should work

You can go to dll-files.com and search for the file name (or just search for d3dx9_43.dll and extract it into the PFA directory. That might work
from pianofromabove.
