Build failure with Maven for H2 global store about m4j

@strojacek I have not kept up to date with this project or the H2 MVStore. I did do a couple of the dependabot suggested upgrades to H2Database this year which probably caused this issue. I would suggest reverting to the original H2Database dependency in this commit 13a9930 (1.3.x) as the 2.x branch probably had some API changes and the security issue was very minor IIRC.
