Tests Failing Due to Bad SendGrid Credentials about exgrid

@cloudbring I waffled on the integration tests vs mocking the http calls. I could not decide and got pulled in another direction. I cringe a little to have a sendgrid test account to run these tests. With that said, I am completely open to a better approach ;)
There are tools--now--that may be worth the investment such as exvcr
or mock

I have removed the integration tests. I have replaced them with unit mocks.

You can now use prism via stoplight.io in combination with our Open API specification to mock out all SendGrid API calls. Here is an example.
