I think this issue is not resolved by the commit above (CamaraDosDeputados@b9cecd5)
The commit only appended an image alt text, nothing to do with the CORS issue.

Try to add --cors "*" when starting the rasa socket service.

For your reference, I use the following command:

rasa run --credentials ./credentials.yml \
    -m ./models/my-model.tar.gz \
    -p 5500 \
    --cors "*"
