gpflow error about ardiss

I got it to run by installing older versions of Tensorflow and GPFlow

conda create -n ardiss python=3.6
conda activate ardiss
conda install cudatoolkit=10.0
pip install tensorflow==1.5.0
pip install gpflow==1.2.0
pip install ardiss

Did end up figuring that out, but thanks for the confirmation!

However, have you managed to get this software to work fully? I've tried to follow the documentation but besides the example data I've not been able to perform any imputation of my own. I keep getting strange numpy errors I'm unable to track down (that seem to suggest there is infinite/missing data etc but doesn't seem like there are based on my reference/sumstat files?

Thanks @mja, that's interesting. I've actually not been able to get ARDISS to run and I struggled understanding exactly what input files DISTMIX2 requires.
