layout: :inline option does not seem to work on individual fields about bootstrap_form

@jonwolfe The layout option only allows you to switch between default (stacked) and horizontal layouts. Personally, I've never needed this so I've never played around with it. I almost tempted to remove this option since it doesn't seem fully baked...

Makes sense -- I wouldn't have tried to use the option if it wasn't
mentioned in the docs.

I would submit a PR to add the feature if I was still using this library,
but I ended up rolling my own form builder since I don't need all of what
comes with Bootstrap.
