Using Control-group about bootstrap_form

@donschmitz we don't currently support this sort of layout, but you could hack it like this:

<%= f.form_group nil, label: { text: "Name (First Last)" } do %>
  <div class="row">
    <div class="col-md-6"><%= f.text_field :fmi, hide_label: true %></div>
    <div class="col-md-6"><%= f.text_field :lastname, hide_label: true %></div>
  </div>
<% end %>

Is there a way to have bootstrap_form ignore something within the form so that I could format it with standard bootstrap instead of the form control.

The example still generates another form-group with the f.text_field
