Label dosen't work in select field #36 about bootstrap_form

Hi @em0ral, I was wondering two things:

1. Which version of the gem are you using? We've got a fix for select labels, but it's only in the master branch at the moment.

2. If you were using master, did you try:

= f.select :asset_type,
  options_for_select(["BES Cyber System", "Associated Protected Cyber Asset", "Associated Electronic and Physical Access Control and Monitoring Systems"]),
  include_blank: true,
  label: "My Label"

Just a reminder, from my experience select is mostly broken in the current release branch. The issue OP encountered is solved in the master branch. Please do indicate that in your readme.md as it was a PITA to find!
