Are :left and :right the best names? about bootstrap_form

@baldwindavid, good question. This hasn't been asked before.

I like the terseness of :left and :right, but I agree that at some point, this might be an issue. I think I'd prefer something like :label_col or :input_col to echo the Bootstrap col-* grid classes.

@carloslopes what are your thoughts on renaming these options?

I like the idea and imo :label_col and :input_col are good names, they really transmit the intent of the option.

I decided to use control_col instead of input_col since the control might contain selects, static controls, etc.
