So does this value also represent when a prescription was written? is that info available?

Now begins the fun:

C-CDA distinguishes between medications prescribed vs. reported by the moodCode XML attribute. (EVN is a reported med, and INT is a prescribed med.) So the interpretation of any given medication element depends entirely on this attribute.

In the C-CDA Receiver I explicitly separate these out:

But BB.js could also just append the moodCode to elements, as a type or tag of some kind.
