Hi @jeffwesson,
I'm working on writing test cases for this library and I want to see if I can help if you still encounter the problem.
Is it possible to let me know which GTFS feed did you used for your implementation (maybe a link to the feed zip file)? I might be able to run the feed through some test cases and figure out what went wrong.

Hello @sogko,
I've tried it on a few different agencies but have since dropped databases and started with a fresh node ./scripts/download.js loading information for sonoma-county-transit from http://www.gtfs-data-exchange.com/agency/sonoma-county-transit/latest.zip as per ln:90 download.js
