  1. What character sheet are you using?
  2. What version of MonsterLoot are you using? Check the top of the script on the API Scripts page to be sure.
  3. What browser & browser version are the players using (if you know) who are having the problems?
  4. Are all players having the problem?
  5. How many characters do the players with the problems have control of?
  6. Are those characters setup completely with class, level, attributes, etc?

There are many factors that could contribute to this problem. Please answer the questions above as completely as possible and I will look into it.

The only way to delete PCs form the game is to delete or archive the character from the Journal tab. It has nothing to do with this or any other API script.

MonsterLoot itself does not have a looters list. You may be also using LootGenerator, with which MonsterLoot integrates to allow the GM to manage the spoils. LootGenerator does not have a limit to the number of of party members. See the documentation for that script about adding/removing looters.

Hi Ben Answers below….. Further to this I also tried to get DoorMaster to work as well. Found that this wasn’t working at all, disabled all APIs to isolate, and added them 1 at a time. Have found that LootGenerator locks up both MonsterLoot and DoorMaster, when disabled, ML & DM work fine. Secondary problem with DoorMaster, finding it hard to follow the instructions to get the door to interact with Dynamic Lighting (new DL). Thanks Chris

There are newer versions of LootGenerator, MonsterLoot, and PurseStrings that have not been pushed to master yet because they haven't yet been thoroughly tested on the Shaped Sheet. These versions all address the issue with one or more of them either not loading at all or "locking up" as you suggest, as well as other minor bug fixes and enhancements.

Try these - you'll want all of them updated if you are using them - and let me know if that fixes the locking up problem.

Are you (the GM) the one getting a list of 7 sheets? Players will only see the characters of theirs whose tokens are on the current page (the one with the ribbon). The GM should see all PC characters on the current page that aren't NPCs or "utility" characters. Utility characters are those that function as part of an API script like DoorMaster, as macro "mules", etc. These are detected by the script as not having been setup with a Strength value (versions 2.0 and earlier) or a Character Class (v2.0.1 and later)).

The 2.0.1 version of MonsterLoot (link above) also addresses some complications on collecting characters on the page, so it might fix the problem for you.

MonsterLoot 2.0.1 has been updated to detect custom classes for the OGL sheet. Give it a try on a different character that you haven't switched to standard class then back. Let me know how it goes.
