Add tests for a couple of the trickier Utils functions. Still quite a few that should have tests added though.

Pretty much all of the Utils functions are tested now. Plugin is tested about as well as it can be, but it's simple anyways. I'm also testing generation of a release that makes use of most of the configuration options available. More cases could be tested, but each one takes quite a bit of time.
At this point, it would probably be worth writing tests around appups, since right now there isn't a great understanding on what the limitations are. I'd like to have better definition around what to expect.
