I'm defaulting to 6.0 instead of 5.10.x since R17 is almost here, and Elixir v0.13 with it. Since this tool hasn't gotten a bunch of traction yet, I decided to plan ahead a bit. That said, one of the features I plan to add is the ability to specify the version of ERTS you need, as well as the version of Elixir. Right now it's assumed you will be running R17 and Elixir stable (currently 0.12.5).
I'll look into this today to see if I can easily add this feature in (I think I should be able to fairly easily). I'll update this issue with more info later.
