enhancement request: enriched audit results for individual tax year about bittytax

It would be useful to show a table of holdings with cost basis after each tax year even when running without --taxyear. Basically if this is done then nothing special for --taxyear is needed.

This is not simple to implement for a couple of reasons.

1. With transfers_include=True (i.e. default) the holdings on April 5th, might exclude tokens which are in transit (i.e. they've not been deposited back into the wallet).
2. Transactions matched by the 30 day Bed & Breakfast rule are excluded from the holding, even though they occurred in the next tax year. The holding would have to be adjusted for these.
