Using the newest EABI snaps, this bug seems to be gone on the Utilite and drahn's machine. Fixed by ABI change?

The issue persisted on the SABRE Lite. I assumed that it might be caused by a wrongly configured PHY.
Turns out, it was wrongly configured, as the PHY wasn't correctly reset before. After actually resetting the PHY, the issue is gone.
Fixed in 86c1c99.
