Broken dependency: editors/emacs21 non existent about bitrig-ports

@natano emacs21 really should not be included in ports any more (so I assume this means we finally removed it). It doesn't build and doesn't look like we could get it to build. For other ports that required it (such as math/gnuplot), it works to change the dependency to editors/emacs which should get a modern emacs.

I'll check that the port works with a more recent emacs a little later today (it seems very unlikely that something would depend on something emacs21 specific since emacs almost never actually removes anything).

Here some ports I found, that still depend on emacs21:
devel/automake/*
inputmethods/anthy
mail/mailcrypt
mail/mew
print/auctex
and infrastructure/plist/arm

for the record: I think the actual error message is caused by emacs21 being referenced in editors/Makefile

@natano All the editors/emacs21 refs have been updated. Did not cause any problems for any of the ports as far as I could tell.
