Get profiles list about bitmovin-php

Hi moirrer,

the concept of encoding profiles is no longer present in our new API, however it can still be achieved in a different way. Now, those settings are provided through CodecConfigurations for each rendition you want to create.
Our PHP API Client is using an wrapper for our new API, in order to provide a similar workflow like our current system. However, it also contains an API client which reflects our Bitmovin API reference [1] and it allows you to customize every step, the way you need it. Please see [2] for an example, which create a livestream with our new API, and is using our REST API Client.
