I've been looking into the upstream ATEM library for both this and my standing request/want to get Macro name feedbacks. The library does not currently support macro continue, only run. There is feedback we can use for isRunning and isWaiting, so I definitely want to get those in the module and presets.
@willosof SKAARHOJ did the leg work to reverse engineer the protocol, so I may have enough to dev this in atem-connection but I have no idea how I would test before putting a pull request in. The library has all 6 actions (including continue) in the MacroAction enumeration, but MacroActionCommand only implemented 2 of those 6 (run & delete).

This has been fixed for the next release (available in the current build) ... Run MACRO now has a dropdown to select between "Run" and "Run/Continue". Its recommended to use the new 'Presets' that are available for Macros as they have feedback colors and dynamic text that reads the macro name from the ATEM.
