Preparing for a 0.2.1 release - please hold on major changes about bitcoinjs-lib

As far as I know, @dcousens still has two branches with major changes (one rewriting ecdsa, one getting rid of the overloaded constructors). And there are some commits already in master which move us towards the use of buffers. The APIs are not stablized yet, so I don't recommend doing a release at the moment.

Regardless, if we are using semver, we should be bumping our major version for the next release given that we have made many incompatible API changes.

I suspect the alternate constructors branch will be submitted soon (1-3 days), it's just taking a long time to migrate the entire code base to buffers.
