improve headers download speed about bitc

Yeah. Unfortunately this worked reliably well enough for me not to bother fixing this. It's on my TODO.md though.

Hm so a bug apparently crept in just a couple of days ago. The end result is that the ui thread was notified for every incoming header. And there are lots of them when we're syncing up. It's fixed now, and it should help this problem.

Btw, one can zap the headers cached locally with: ./bitc -z

Just realized that I had added a file_sync a while back that ended up being costly when called ~300,000 times in a row upon initial sync-up. Things are now measurably faster.
