Improve current implementation of NetworkContext about defiscan.live

I think we can have 2 contexts:

1. useNetworkConnection() to return the same enum
2. useNetwork() to return object from @defichain/jellyfish-network

While most of the use cases would be const {name} = useNetwork() and useNetworkConnection() can be useful in some situations.

Can we treat mainnet, testnet and regtest as domains?

The resulting object that returns from useNetwork() would be something like: {name: 'Local', domain: 'regtest}

Would that resolve the issue of having conflict set of network names?

The idea makes sense but that's somewhat useConnection(): NetworkConnection instead where Network Connection:
