In case anyone is interested you can get my copy that is compatible with 
Quartz.Net v2 here:

It's also attached.

I tried to upload it to a branch in the svn repository but, as expected, access 
was denied.  This is a breaking version and is not compatible with v1 of 
Quartz.Net.  I simply did a quick upgrade without any real intention to use a 
Factory pattern or anything to allow cross compatibility.  I expect the CQ team 
will make their own robust version that is backward compatible once Quartz.Net 
v2 is available.
