I can not visit both sites in my place.
You can close this issue if the CTAN mirror really works.
Another attention is about CTEX package which may not included in CTAN mirror.
P.S. I would be appreciate if mirror.buaa.edu.cn can be connected from places out of BUAA school. Can you help to achieve that? or who should I contact with?

About the CTEX package, I will upload it in FGBT in a couple of days.
It seems http://mirror.buaa6.edu.cn/CTAN can be connected if your network support IPV6 (you may have a try if your network support IPV6).
About the connection of MIRROR out of BUAA school network, I would connect the NIC of BUAA and the administrator of the mirror site, but the result may be ungeilivable.

This issue not only contains the upload of files but also listing their urls in the doc.
I think we should not close this until then, is it ok?

I would be glad if you use this issue to try 'close issue by commit' feature by github.
In one word, just add "Fix #54" in commit message and github will close this issue automatically after the code been merged.
