You can check the code - we don't sort any arrays. If that's happening, then Firefox is sorting them, which is really really bad.
Could you send me a link that shows an example of arrays being sorted?

Oh! I see you're using Chrome. This project is for the original Firefox JSONView plugin. I don't have anything to do with the unofficial Chrome port.

Well... I'm using the Firefox plugin and experienced this very disturbing behaviour, too. As the JSON object appears sorted in Firebug as well, I assume there is some over-eager converting happening in Firefox itself. And in Chrome, as far as I can see. Why why why.
