Handle text/plain mime types about jsonview

Sorry, text/plain isn't JSON, and I still don't think it's safe to just try to handle all text/plain documents as JSON. Have you tried turning on the accept header option? Otherwise, I'd log a bug against MongoDB to serve JSON correctly as application/json - even without JSONView, newer Firefoxes will render it as plain text.

This issue isn't likey to be closed :)
I'd like to use application/hal+json (see http://stateless.co/hal_specification.html) or application/vnd.collection+json (see http://www.amundsen.com/media-types/collection/)
Would it be possible to just manage manually the accepted MIME-Types into some kind of configuration file ?
