I'm not sure I understand you. Any configuration
modifications that you make from the graphical (Windows or
GTK+) client (from the Game/Options menu, in recent dopewars
versions) get saved when you click the "OK" button. Or do
you mean modifications made from within the graphical
server? Currently there is no way to save these... but if
this is what you mean, let me know. It would be fairly
trivial to use the code that the graphical client currently
uses to write these modifications back to the config file.

Hey Ben,
I think it would be a good idea to save modifications made to
the configuration of the server.
Since modification is much easier through the GUI versus the
text-mode.

Now implemented in current CVS. A new server command "save"
can be used to write the current configuration back to the
config file.
