Er, yes; dopewars doesn't install a valid high score file.
I fixed it in the RPM specfile, but for some reason forgot
to do the same in the Makefile. The fix is simple - as the
message says, just run "dopewars -C" on the invalid file,
and you'll magically get a valid file back. I have made the
necessary change to the Makefile, and it should now be in CVS.

Well, a user can't fix the score file so that's the problem.
I'll just grab a diff between the release and the version
in the CVS and apply that to the port/package.

Well, a user isn't _supposed_ to be able to fix the high score
file (the reason that check is carried out is to stop dopewars
from misusing its setgid privilege, and being able to
overwrite any file that is writeable by the "games"
(or "wheel") group). I wouldn't recommend patching from CVS,
as it's not particularly stable right now. Just patch
Makefile.in and Makefile.am in the top level directory - it's
only a one-line change.
