cmake scripts seem to be broken for making releases about bedrock-viz

Did you use cmake or just visual studio? Would love to have a PR for updated cmake scripts if you know cmake. I don't know it well enough.

I'm not a developer, but I followed the instruction here and used cmake to get the vs project file and fiddled quite a lot and got things working. Used msbuild to get the. Exe. Happy to help diagnose what's wrong and what I may have done to fix it if that's what you need.

Oh okay. That's just the regular build. Sorry it was complicated, we'll have to update the instructions in the build.md file.

What I'm referring to is utilizing cmake to actually build releases and package up everything. That's different than just compiling with VS. No worries though, thanks regardless!

FWIW: I couldn't find any cmake enablement for making releases... built v0.1.3 entirely by hand.
