Clarify current implementation of categories and tags in Persons data table overview and details form about basxconnect

unfortunately, it is still confusing from a users perspective:

In the Person data table overview, the values for the field "Personen-Typ" shoud be either "Natürliche Person" or "Juristische Person":

In the Versand-Tab, the field should be named "Donor Lifecyle Stage" which should somehow correspond to a segment or a category in Mailchimp. Furthermore, we need to define, how "tags" are synchronized with Mailchimp.

A very good friend of mine, who is a CRM specialist, will send me some further information on about how to handle interests and segments in a CRM in combination with an external Mailer. Maybe this helps clarifying the terms used in the interface.
