Dependency dir .../deps/lager does not satisfy version regex 1.0.*. about lager_syslog

Any update on this? Depending on a specific version, but pulling from master, seems contradictory (and prone to precisely this error).

Our code has a dependency on lager_syslog, which in turn has a
dependency on lager. It seems that
the lager version number was rolled up to 1.2 sometime last week, and
lager_syslog still has a
dependency on lager 1.0.* in its rebar.config file, and this causes an
error when get-deps is run.

I've submitted a pull request after updating the version and verifying it works as expected in a simple test case. No code changes are necessary.
