Config 'model_cache' type: Truss push expects a list while baseten docker build seems to expect a dict when using Google Cloud Storage about truss

@IronJayx thank you for reporting this, will start looking into this. To help investigate, would you mind posting the rest of your config.yaml?

From a brief look:

• It looks like our docs are incorrect here, model_cache should be specified as a list, not a dict.
• I think the error your seeing in the build is due to the environment_variables key being specified incorrectly. It should be:

environment_variables:
    FOO: BAR
...

Let us know if that seems to be the issue. Will get started on the docs fix in the meantime.
