BalancerError: unsupported pool type about balancer-sdk

FX is a new pool type and support for it still needs to be added.

However fix incoming for search functions returning a list of pools: all, where, so when poolType is not supported yet, functions won't throw. Individual pools data will be returned and just services which aren't implemented yet will throw an error when called.

As it is right now:

let list
try {
  list = sdk.pools.all()
} catch(err) {
  // it will throw and list is empty
}

Expected:

const list = sdk.pools.all()
try {
  list[0].buildJoin(...)
} catch(err) {
  // will throw with not implemented error if join service is not added for the poolType
}

It should fix the issue for getting APRs, since they are independent from other services.
