可以考虑用paddle的预置镜像和预编译的预测库。我们尽快出一个基于这个设定的README。

从源码编译paddle，可以参考：http://www.paddlepaddle.org/documentation/docs/zh/1.1/beginners_guide/install/compile/fromsource.html
下载速度慢主要是因为paddle的很多依赖库都是在github上，有些需要从国外下载。
如果只需要使用python版的训练和预测脚本，可以采用pip install paddlepaddle的方式来安装paddle。
