indeed it is currently not possible to generate in one go different main outputs. :-/ good point. I will definitely put that on my todo list, but if requires some internal restructuring to make it possible.

As an alternative: if you are "only" interested in the ASCII chart of the interaction, this can also be generated eg from the hybridDB output (given the sequences). For instance, the IntaRNA webserver generates with a dedicated Javascript function the ASCII visualization.
If it helps, you can either grab the respective JS code from the webserver webite source code, or I can dig it out and send via email. In the long run, I was thinking to create a website for this visualization part only, but never got beyond the idea.. ;)

Sorry for the limited help for now but thanks for the feature request! Will keep it on my agenda!
