PID file not updating on service restart (FreeBSD 10.2 - waagent 2.0.15) about walinuxagent

Here was the last line of the waagent.log before restart:

2015/12/30 01:11:50 pgrep -n dhclient

Here is the last two lines of waagent.log after restart:

2015/12/30 01:11:50 pgrep -n dhclient
2015/12/30 01:18:45 Azure Linux Agent Version: WALinuxAgent-2.0.15

Also python version:

This seems to only happen when the script stalls/freezes as reported in issue #142 - If I restart the service while it is actively reporting health and logging things - this issue does not happen...

@Scotis since this only happens in case of #142 which has a mitigation: #142 (comment) closing this one. Please let us know if the issue persists.
