Is this an account from the same AAD tenant or is it from another tenant? I'm asking because of the "ExternalAzureAD" reference. If its from another, use an account from the same AAD tenant that you're trying to get data from to populate the Governance dashboard.

Yes, I confirm that I have an account from another tenant.
Can I use authentication through a service principal?

I am getting the same error. Were you able to find a solution? I am using an account from the same AAD tenant. Am I missing some sort of permissions withing the tenant?
