futures package not being installed on Python 2.7 about azure-storage-python

Pasting the error here in case anyone encounters this and is looking for a solution. This will affect any upload/download that triggers chunking with max_connections>1.

Example symptom:

Workaround is to manually install futures:

pip install futures
