NODE_NETWORK_LIMITED is now shown on the website.
Ranking for nodes with NODE_NETWORK_LIMITED is unaffected by this cosmetic change.
The leaderboard calculation is correct as there are still more nodes without NODE_NETWORK_LIMITED service bit.
SI = Services index
SI = 1 / r
r = rank of node's services
Consensus services is ranked 1 followed by the next most common services
SI is set to 0.0 for node without NODE_NETWORK
from bitnodes.

Ranking for nodes with NODE_NETWORK_LIMITED is unaffected by this cosmetic change.
Why a node that contains all bits is given si = 0.5? All nodes that are /Satoshi:0.16.0/ are currently being penalized: https://bitnodes.earn.com/nodes/leaderboard/?q=%2FSatoshi%3A0.16.0%2F
A node that contains both NODE_NETWORK and NODE_NETWORK_LIMITED is actually capable of serving all blocks
from bitnodes.

As per the doc, Consensus services is ranked 1 followed by the next most common services
