@srinivasreddych can you take a look at this? are secretsmanager permissions required for the deploy and destroy actions? I can't find any actual usage of secretsmanager in the cdk stack or the deployspec.yaml. if we need a secret, we should try to scope it to a specific one using a parameter passed from the manifest to the modulestack.yaml

If this is being added in order to make use of the dockerCredentialsSecret then it can probably be removed from here completely. seed-farmer automatically adds an inline policy to the Module Role with permissions on the dockerCredentialsSecret if it is specified in the deployment.yaml
