[Feature] Publish binary w/ ability to validate the user supplied configuration about amazon-eks-ami

Build and publish the nodeadm binary to allow users to download and use the executable in a CLI type fashion locally

This probably won't happen until/unless nodeadm is moved into a separate repository. We don't have a solid reason to do that today. In the meantime, you can:

go install github.com/awslabs/amazon-eks-ami/nodeadm/...@latest

Add a command such as --validate that accepts a file path to a config to let users validate their configuration.

This is a thing! Example:

nodeadm config check -c file://config.yaml

a command that dumped out the full, potential config with its types

This could be tricky to implement, but I think docs could do the same job?
